I can't recommend one. AUC is the only Egyptian school with international accredition but, if you are looking for a MBA in Management of Information Technology yo are perhaps aiming at the domestic market.

A better question is why are you looking specifically for this kind of specialized MBA? A general MBA at a strong school will generally lead to better careers, even in IT, than a specialized degree from an unaccredited school. Focus on your goals and the kinds of degree that will help you reach them.
