What are your goals? There are cheaper accredited MBAs. Illinois and Bradford come to mind, but even Amity has EFMD accreditation.

By profession i am Pharmacist, working in ajman. My goal is to get better job in Pharmaceutical industry (sales & marketing).

In that case I would recommend a full-time MBA at a good school with proven success at placing students into those sorts of roles. Do you want to stay in the UAE? Maybe SP Jain is an option?

Thanks dear Duncan, thanks a lot. Dear full time MBA is near to impossible for me, I am only earning hand in my family. I would love to study in the names you have been recommending in your posts. But it is out of my reach.
Secondly, I haven't planned to stay in UAE permanently. I came here to earn some extra bucks and secondary degree to increase my earning. I am from Pakistan.

I could hardly save 24k aed in a year. Should I save money and delay MBA for good schools ?
Or you have any other way for me which I am not considering. Many thanks for your highly unbiased and professional opinion

It seems to me that Egyptian universities have a lot of alumni in pharma sales roles in the UAE. Strathclyde stands out as a school in the Dubai/Ajman area that has alumni in those roles: It's around 120,000 AED. You can take the course over as many as six years, and pay in installments, so if you need to start with a small investment then that's possible. I imagine that most people are able to change jobs even before they complete the course.

You have very specific constraints, and probably need to discuss with your family as well. On my profile page you can read about how to hire me if you need more in depth help, but I think you can certainly find better options than Torrens.

PS Another factor here is now much support you need in networking and job hunting. For the same price as a Heriott Watt MSc you could get the online MBA from University of Illinois--Urbana-Champaign, which both the ARWU and Times ranking in the world's top 40 universities. That will be a better education and an amazing asset but it won't have the same local careers support. Of course with the 50,000 AED you's save on Strathclyde, you can hire a lot of help with networking and career strategy but you'd need some tolerance for ambiguity to manage your own way through that. So that would be my choice but other choices might work better for you.
