Vancouver, maybe? It's a pretty wired city, and there are a few high-level IT consulting firms. UBC Sauder or Simon Fraser would be schools to look at here.

Also, Montreal has a good tech-based startup scene - so there's an opening for IT and IS folk there as well. Might try McGill or Concordia.

The only accredited business school that I can think of in Canada which has a related specialization is McMaster/DeGroote - which has a MIS concentration. Its location is decent too, outside of Toronto.

I have went through McMaster and its full-time MBA course is pretty good though.

University of Ottawa - Telfer School of Management.(admission deadlines passed,i have dropped an e-mail to admission office regarding it.)
Saint Mary- Sobey School of business(Gives specialization with Information Systems)
Ryerson School of Management(MBA in Management of Technology & Innovation)

I need college with good concentration for I.T. and also considering my tuition fees budget.
