Your GMAT would need to be over 700 for those schools. Why do you want a second MBA?

Yes, you'd need a better GMAT score for those schools. Since you posted in the Americas forum, are you also looking for something in Canada? If so, there are a few schools you could look into with your profile: Start with Rotman, McGill, and UBC - Sauder.
