MBA from Top Colleges of Canada

Hello All,

I am currently working in a top IT firm in India, but hold a permanent residence of Canada.
I plan to do my MBA from a top/good college of Canada and stay back there for work.
My Profile :
10th : 83.4%
12th : 74.8%
Undergraduate : B.E. in Computer Science with 71.2 % aggregate of 8 semesters
Work Ex : 3+ years in a top IT firm, Currently working as a senior software Engineer.
GMAT : 690

I have following questions :
1. What colleges should i apply to ? Is my profile is good enough for top colleges such as Rotman, Queens, Schulich etc.
2. Do I need to take tests such as TOFEL of IELTS considering I already have the permanent residence of Canada and the medium of my Education was English at both school and Undergraduate level.

I would say that to buffer yourself, you should re-take the GMAT and aim for 700+.

The reason being that you have lower work experience than the average cohorts at those top schools (which tend to be in the 5 year range), and the fact that you come from an over-represented applicant group (Indian IT professionals), which have very high GMAT scores.
