I think that if it was a few years ago, Laurier would have been the go-to choice, but Ryerson's been a bit of an up-and-comer in terms of career services and applicant quality so the decision is a bit harder between those schools now.
I've been a fan of the Laurier MBA with co-op because it gives students a substantial hands-on experience. I'm not sure if these co-ops translate into jobs for grads - I personally would ask the school about this. A disadvantage to the Laurier program is that it's delivered on the school's Waterloo campus, which is a 3-hour bus ride to Toronto.
Concordia is a bit of a separate beast, but a main difference between this and the other two is obviously location. Keep that in mind when thinking about your options.
