MBA or management course (2 yrs) can help in 3 yr PGWP in Canada and later for PR?

Hi There,
I have 9 years of IT experience and planning for Canada for study. Below is my plan-

1. Apply for 2 year MBA/management course in IT/consulting/operations/project management ( mostly blended -online and offline as i have 1 yr old baby so not looking for full time course.)
2. Apply for PGWP which i assume if the course is of 2 years, i will get a 3 yr PGWP.
3. This will help me in applying Canada PR through Canadian experience class.Already have a Express entry profile but CRS is too low hence thinking for education pathway to Canada.

Most of the executive MBA or professional MBA are blended or part time programs , so either they are of just 1 year or part time MBA are of 3 years (too long). Moreover not sure if part time MBAs are eligible for PGWP?

Please shed some light on selection of appropriate course which will also boost my career.

No, those who graduated from part-time or online programs would not be eligible to apply for a post-study work visa.

You will need to have studied at least 8 months on a full-time basis.

Thanks. What about blended courses- few classes on campus and few online? Or any university courses which are lineant in terms of attendance so i can take care of my baby as well as manage my academics

So, I think an online course or blended course would help. I imagine there might be more points for more valuable qualification.

Potentially. But I am not sure a student visa would be awarded to somebody pursuing a blended or online program.

However, it looks like they are changing the rules for the post-study work visa:
