Hello All,

Would like to get your valuable insights on a full-time MBA(2 years) or MER( Master's in Employment Relations) ( 1 years) with regards to demand & job prospects especially in Canada.

An MBA from an accredited university will be a better investment by far than a master's in employment relations.

Typically, I'd suggest doing a general MBA rather than something specialized in human resources, but there are a few good schools in Canada that offer HR specializations. Check these out to get started:

Toronto/Rotman
Degroote
Ryerson

And these schools have great standard MBA programs without the specialization:

Concordia/John Molson
UBC/Sauder
HEC Montreal
