The addressable domestic market outside the big cities is probably not very large. Queens, of course, does have a blended EMBA with Cornell. I think Alberta or Athabasca has an online MBA.

Not exactly an MBA, but UBC's Okanagan campus does offer a Master of Management primarily online with some required on-campus residencies. If you're Canadian and you know how reputable U of Waterloo is, they have a Master of Management Science you can complete completely online.

Athabasca University does offer one, but this school lacks accreditation from AMBA, EQUIS, or AACSB. The Cornell / Queen's program would be an excellent option.

The non-MBA options from Waterloo or UBC could work, depending on your goals and background.

I saw the Executive MBA Americas program and while it's rather interesting, it may be something for me to consider further down the road (I have 6 years of work experience right now, which is less than half of the current class average...)

The UBC Master of Management program is also interesting, but it's not clear that there's any involvement from the Sauder Business School. It would be critical for me to have access to a quality business school's resources if I were to pursue a program like this.

Looks like that Master of Management program is offered through a separate campus, where the Faculty of Business is not affiliated with Sauder.

@Huang-c - are you Canadian or are you from outside Canada? Many Canadians prefer attending local MBA programmes to studying online. The few Canadians I know who do MBAs online study at US schools. My guess is the US online MBAs offer better value for money. If you are already working in Canada, then going to a US vs Canada online programme will not make much of a difference. You might as well choose which is cheaper or matches your interests.

If you are from outside Canada though, I am wondering why you are looking at Canadian MBA programmes as the online MBA market here is not as big as those in the US and UK. If your goal is to eventually migrate to Canada then an online MBA will not really help you integrate into the Canadian work environment. You will still be seen somewhat as an outsider with a diploma from here. Nothing wrong with that, but the online MBA (by itself) will not really help much with finding a job or getting a work permit in Canada. For that type of boost, you really need to do it on-campus.

There aren't many cases when doing one of the few Canada-based online programs would be a better solution than doing one of the established US programs.
