First of all, it really depends on the business school you are applying to - but in general, most of the schools would be flexible with some of the requirements, if other variables(like work experience, GMAT score ect.) are really good. as i understand, you don't have any work experience yet, and that's too bad - work experience does weight a lot when it comes to MBA. but if you do have an amazing GMAT score, and write some breath taking essays, they might be willing to forgive the moderate average.

I have just over 3 years of work experience already so i may wait another year or two before I apply...Thank you though

Canadian schools tend to look at the last two years, and on average, successful candidates have a B average. Fortunately, unlike med school and law schools where the success of one's candidacy is closely correlated with one's grades, business schools are generally more flexible--esp if your GMAT scores are great. They also place a great prime on your work and life experiences. You said you have 3 years of working experience right? I'd say give it a try right now.
