Which MBA from Canada should I do - Brock / Asper / Saint mary ?

I wish to know which MBA should I do from Canada from the following :-

Brock University, St. Catharine (has optional co-op term)

Or Asper (University of Manitoba) (has no co-op term)

OR Saint Mary, Nova Scotia (has optional co-op term)

I wish too specialize in HR. Which of the three universities would be better regarding career prospects after completion, salary, and placements etc.

I wish to get years post graduation work permit.

The duration of full-time of MBA Brock is 2 to 3 years, Asper is officially 11 months but they are saying students can also take it for 2 years full-time, Saint Mary's is 16 to 20 months.

I have got conditional offer letter for Brock for Sep' 13 where I have to score above 70% in 4 courses. I have applied to rest of two universities.

Students at Asper seem to have the most work experience and the highest salaries (http://www.financialpost.com/executive/canadian-mba-programs/index.html?sort=salary). Have you asked these schools directly about their placement of international students?

Are you an international student? I'd imagine that these programs would have less experience placing international students than the ranked MBA programs in Canada (Rotman/Schulich/Sauder/etc.) But yes, Duncan is right, you'll need to ask them about placements.

Keep in mind that these are in very different places, and your experiences will vary drastically between the three. Halifax is not a very diverse city (although people there are generally welcoming enough to minorities.) A lot of the industry there (and jobs) will center around the port.

Manitoba is a regional finance hub, and has some manufacturing infrastructure - but it's no Toronto.

And St. Catharines is probably not the best place to do an MBA if you want to work there afterwards - it's right on the border with the US (but if you don't have a permit to work in the US then the proximity is wasted) and it's too far away from Toronto to go back and forth all the time (for networking, meetings, etc.)
