I would only really consider the IIMs or ISB for your best return on investment. A case could be made for other internationally-accredited schools in India, such as SP Jain, MDI, or TA Pei Management Institute, if you're having budget issues.
Personally, I wouldn't consider a school not accredited by AACSB, AMBA, or EQUIS. If you do though, I'd be very critical about placements: talk to somebody at these programs to ask about recruiters and if they have any statistics about post-graduation employment. It may be that not having an MBA at all would be a better decision than something that will not pay off in the long-term.
