I think Ivey is the only Canadian MBA that is offered via a center in Hong Kong. However, it is very expensive, something like HKD 700,000
Another option is Athabasca University, which you can do completely online.
Personally, I would not choose Athabasca as the school is not really well known, even in Canada
To put in perspective, the Athabasca MBA will cost you CAD$44,500, while Strathclyde (with study centre in Hong Kong) cost GBP 14,500, and offer much better ranking.
