Hi, anybody has idea what Essay Questions are asked for Indian Colleges- Narsee Monjee, XLRI, MDI- Gurgaon, KJ Somaiya, ISB, as no such details/questions are mentioned on their websites ! Do they reveal their Essay questions & SOP format only after they receive an application fee ?

It's going to depend on each program, and usually you have to go through their application process to find them. For instance, a friend of mine is applying for MDI's PGP in Public Policy and Management, and at least for this program the essays are found in the application PDF.
