hr jobs other than recruitment

" Change is inevitable in life"!

I have been working as a recruitment consultant for more than a year now. I have a flair towards a HR Generalist job.
i have been searching for such a job all these days but hardly could i find one suiting my experience criteria.

Does this mean freshers are not suitable for any other HR jobs other than Recruitment or else I am not able to locate the right job for myself.

Anyone please advice me.

Hi do not think like that actually if u have MBA qualification fresher is not constraint, so try better company and explore urself ...
