I don't think it's unethical. Donho's comment implied to me that the partner firm wasn't so hot, and her reply says that they are at least good enough for Temple.
Speaking as a local brought up in an Asian dominated society, I am certain many will agree on the same for unwritten rule of mutual respect be it on a personal or professional level. Perhaps for non Asians, the mindset and values are entirely different.
I am very glad that RutgersEMBASG has not done the same to 'hijack' another university's thread to promote their own program. They have earned my respect for that!
I visited China's website and enquired on the post by jennwood. The EMBA program is put on hold while they are undergoing a strategy change. They are not shutting down as mentioned.
Anyway, this discussion has certainly enlightened me on some of the issues I need to consider in terms of selecting an institution with the right values and culture apart from the quality of the program, fees, duration etc etc.
