I'm not sure why you'd do either of these when you have the option to do an accredited MBA for not much more: check out MDIS Business School, which has a partnership with Bradford to offer its MBA program.
Also, it looks like Hull is going to start offering its EMBA in Singapore too. That might be interesting to you:
