It's the same structure as the Toulouse EMBAs: 18 monthly sessions of three days (Thursday to Saturday), seemingly structured into three semester-long blocks which you can take in any order, or as a freestanding "Advanced Management Programme"

There are also five week-long international sessions that gather the different EMBA tracks together (moving between Toulouse and Paris in France, Casablanca in Morocco and Barcelona in Spain).
The modules can be completed in 18 to 36 months, at your choice. The pricing seems to be 11,700 euro for the 18 sessions taught at the French Chamber of Commerce in Moldova, plus 1000 euro for each of the five international weeks.

The identical programme taught in Toulouse costs 50% more: 25,000 euro. Given the lost costs of flights, and the lower lodging and food costs in Chisinau, it could be a major saving for someone in Europe, even when the travel time is added in. Needless to say, selectivity will be different in the Moldova programme. I imagine they would jump at the chance to get more foreigners in the room.
