How much role does accreditation play in getting a good job after successful completion of MBA? If it really does, then please comment on AACSB, FIBAA, ACQUIN, AMBA and EQUIS accreditation and what role do they play?

It more or less totally determines the outcomes. The outcomes at the schools accredited by the top three (http://www.find-mba.com/accreditations) are very much better than the others. Schools with only FIBAA and ACQUIN are generally below those, but better than schools without international accreditation. They play the role of a quality signal.
