Why do you think you are a good fit for this school? On average, students there have 5.5 years of work experience (according the placement report http://www.imba.ie.edu/pdf/IE_International_MBA_Placement_Report.PDF ). 80% are from Europe or Latin American. You are unsure about the essays you should "right" for your "Admssion" (you mean write, of course, and Admission), so you haven't looked at the application. I think you need to research this and other schools a bit better and, since the IE application is online, get into the habit of checking your spelling.

Agree with Duncan. Have a look at the essay questions and ANSWER THEIR QUESTION. I mean, don't use a stock answer that you're also using for other MBA applications. But usually those essays want you to tell them - directly or indirectly - why you're a good fit for an MBA and the school.

Yeah, just follow their directions here. They'll either want the person writing the letters to send them straight to the school, or via the applicant in sealed/signed envelopes.
