I will ofc learn german but I need the MBA to be English for now.
I checked the top 5 universities and they are over 40k.
Is WWU (university of munster) well recognized and can be option for MBA?

What are your goals? If you want to work in Germany, an intensive German course followed by a free MSc taught in German at a state university would be better.
Reutlingen and Pforzheim are the class budget choices in English, but you won't learn much German while studying in English.

Munster has a fake "MBA". The degree awarded is an MSc, and no work experience is needed. It cannot get Equis or AMBA accreditation, therefore. There are no MBA rankings with Munster.
B2 is enough to work in a shop. What work could I do in your country with B2 language skills?
Look at state universities that teach year long programmes for the DSH exams. Bonn, Leipsig, Munich all have options but its quite common.
