Esade vs IE vs Imperial vs. Manchester Alliance

Greetings everyone

I work as Country Marketing Manager in Saudi Arabia (I'm Egyptian) but I aim to grow further within general management or executive level roles in Saudi Arabia.

During my research I learned that the more attendance the MBA has the better outcomes it has (from a general prospective) but from what I've seen in Saudi Arabia, if the school name is strong enough this may not be a deal breaker (getting the MBA online)

I've found that IE and Esade has good presence in Saudi Arabia for the level of employment I seek (more of a niche, kinda) but still even if Imperial is less known it holds a big brand image, with Manchester Alliance as the most common.

the programs I'm looking towards are:
- Esade Executive MBA - part times - Madrid campus (either monthly campus visits). a blended option is available with 4 to 5 campus visits.
- Manchester Alliance - part time MBA - Dubai campus (quarterly campus visits)
- IE - Global Online MBA (3 campus visits)
- Imperial Online MBA (2 campus visits)

Kindly help me with your feedback on what do you thinks is better for the outcomes I seek knowing that budget refers between the school, but I want the better outcomes.

Yes, I seek further growth in Saudi Arabia, but I would not say no to a nice opportunity abroad (in Europe - I am ready to learn more languages if needed).

Based on your career goals in Saudi Arabia, considering the schools' presence and brand recognition in the region, here's my analysis:

ESADE offers strong advantages for your goals:
- Established reputation in Saudi Arabia
- Solid career outcomes in the region
- More face-to-face networking through monthly campus visits
- Strong general management focus
- Regular in-person interactions build deeper connections with peers

IE provides similar benefits but with less in-person interaction:
- Strong brand recognition in Saudi Arabia
- Three campus visits limit networking depth
- Good general management curriculum
- Online format may impact relationship-building

Alliance Manchester via Dubai campus:
- Very well-known in Saudi Arabia
- Dubai location enables regional networking
- Quarterly visits balance flexibility and connection
- Local presence through Dubai campus

Imperial:
- Excellent global brand but less established in Saudi
- Limited campus visits (2)
- May require more effort to leverage for regional growth

Given your focus on career advancement in Saudi Arabia, I recommend ESADE or Alliance Manchester. ESADE's monthly format would build stronger networks, while Alliance Manchester's Dubai campus provides valuable regional connections. Both schools' strong regional presence would support your executive-level aspirations.

The online options from IE and Imperial, while flexible, may not provide the same depth of relationship-building that typically aids executive advancement in Saudi business culture.

I am highly skeptical of online MBA's. I tend to think they have little or no value. An MBA should not be done fully online at least this is my opinion (ok to combine it with work and not lose income) but an MBA is a full experience and I can't believe it can be done part-time (and even less fully online)... Plus, I believe schools that have this, use it as a way to get a lot of money from this...
