European Union starts masters loans programme for Europeans


As part of the Erasmus+ programme, the European Union is launching a masters loans programme for citizens of EU countries and five other European countries (see https://www.erasmusplus.org.uk/participating-countries -- including Turkey). The loans amount to EUR 12000 for a one-year and up to EUR 18000 for a two-year master's program.

The first country to launch is Spain, allowing both Spanish students and students hoping to study in Spain to borrow.
