Cnam - International Insitute of Management is the only one with international accreditation, so that's at the top of the list.
ICN Business School is also part of the well respected grande ecole system, so it goes second. If I wanted to work in France, it would be a hard choice between then. ICN has much better facilities and students, but Cnam's accreditation is powerful outside France.

The Georg Simon Ohm and Furtwagen universities of applied sciences are not elite schools, but they are solid and respected. Munich Business School (If you actually mean "Munich Business School") is a respected private school school, better than either of them. But I wonder if you might mean "European University Munich", which is a terrible school - certainly worse than any of the others.

IFAM Business School and ESCE - Ecole Superieure du Commerce Exterieur are both odd for-profit schools that are not so well respected. ESCE is part of Laureate, the big US private education group. It probably has the edge on most IFAM courses, but IFAM has a International MBA option which leads to a valuable US degree.

Vijay , I am guessing you are from India.

If you study in Europe you wont get post study work permit, Company will have to sponsor you which is very rare unless you are skilled worker and knowing local language in Europe can also be important when one thinks of Job possibilities.

Some students go get work permits, others don't. Looking again at ICN, I imagine you have applied for the Master of Science in International Management. That looks like an excellent programme, with a semester abroad and an international internship. Of the schools you have mentioned, I would chose that unless you were in the fashion industry, in which case the Cnam fashion MBA would be better.

Pforzheim University: Well-established and solid regional programme.
IAE-University of Nice Sophia Antipolis
ESG: good programme, but really a pre-experience degree.
Saarland University seems very abstract and academic: a long way below the others.

Well, I don't know your background, GMAT or career goals. For that budget, I would look at the Hochschule Bremen's International Graduate Center, the Furtwangen University of Applied Sciences and the Chambéry Graduate School of Business.

But I would also look at:

Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore
The University of Wales, Aberystwyth
Koc University
Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM)
Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel (HUBrussel)

With that budget, have you considered looking outside of Germany and France? I'm thinking of CEU - its fees are unheard of for an AMBA-accredited school, and living expenses may be less in a place like Budapest.

But depending on your career goals - where you want to end up, eventually - this may or may not work for you.

That's an excellent option.
