I have searched all the information related to Pforzheim and Reutlingen on this forum.
But two friends studying business master(not MBA) told me that the business subjects in Reutlingen have better reputation in Germany. But they are not sure the specific MBA program in Reutlingen.

I know Pforzheim has AACSB accreditation, but a lot of business people even don't know Pforzheim. Reutlingen is otherwise popular among business people in Germany.

So I have no idea now. Can you give some specific difference between these two MBA? Many thanks.

The MBAs are very different: one is a two-year programme with an integrated German-language programme, for example. I suggest you use LinkedIn and Zing to compare the outcomes for alumni, and ask the schools for information.

If you were studying in German then, indeed, I would not recommend Pforzheim over Reutlingen.

I want to study in English for MBA program. Reutlingen and Pforzheim MBA are both in English.

If you speak German, then there is no advantage to studying in English. If you don't speak German, then only Pforzheim will get you close to working proficiency by the end of the programme. The reputation of the school does not matter if your German is not good enough for work.

I would like to give my opinion about your question. I live here in Germany and I can shed some light on the job situation here. For consulting, most of the companies look for candidates with fluent German language skills. So you had better learn the language. As far as Offenburg is concerned, It is a mid tier MBA, and can land you job in small or medium sized German consulting firms as all the big consulting Companies like Mckinzy or BCG expect CVs from research universities like Mannheim not from Hochschules. Some Hochschule here in Germany are offering pretty decent MBAs like Reutlingen, Pforzheim and Offunburg but they are always considered second tier when compared to top tier research Uni,s like Mannheim.

With 7 years ofwork experience ... i would suggest you to take a fast track course of 15 to 18 months and finish the MBA asap.. And secure a job seeking via of 18 months.
