Sorry if this is offtopic, it's not 100% about MBA courses.
So I started this year on MIQEF, and I have some minor doubts after the first week, maybe some of you with more experience could help out.
My main goal is to work in quant finance/data science, maybe corporate finance (fp&a, treasury), I am definitely not a fan of IB, consulting etc.
I am not sure about the 'prestige' of the degree, I know that MBF is more famous and regarded better, but do I have any chance against them for job applications if I have the knowledge? Tho I assume most MBF students don't go for data science/quant roles, but they could for corporate finance for e.g. I mean most of the electives for the 2 courses are the same, with MIQEF having some more quant focused core classes while MBF is purely finance.
Thanks if advance for your help!
