Hi,
I wanted views on the IE MBA program as thier are various conflicting opinions regarding its ranking and reputation.

I am specifically looking for the below pointers:

1. Is fluency in Spanish essential for a good placement?
2. Is a non EU student at an disadvantage at IE in terms of getting a job offer?
3. How efficient is the career services cell of IE or it is mainly on the stduent to find a good job?
3. I know the salaries quoted ob various websites and forums are dependent on various factors but what is the actual salary that a student can expect after passing out?

1. I think fluency in Spanish is pretty essential to work in Spain. That's probably why they make you take Spanish classes at IE during the MBA.

2. Honestly, yes, it's probably a disadvantage. I think the visa issue always complicates things. But it's certainly not impossible, particularly if career services is good (your third question). Judging by the rankings, IE has a pretty darn good career services. It's in their interest to place as many people as they can.
