A friend and former colleague did his MSc at ESCP in Madrid. It's a small campus and, as a French school, it's got a more modest network in Spain than you'd imagine since many students are Francophone. The first half of the degree is in Madrid, and then you go abroad.

I think it's fair to say that it's a practical and applied course rather than one focussed on the leading edge of scholarship. Most of the marketing faculty in Madrid don't seem to have PhD degrees, and none of them is a full professor. You would have a richer experience on the ESCP MSc in marketing and creativity, which ranked by QS as fifth in the world (https://www.topuniversities.com/university-rankings/business-masters-rankings/marketing/2019). The highest-ranked marketing programmes in Spain are both at the Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona: at ESADE and IQS, the management engineering school https://www.iqs.edu/en/international-marketing-sales-management .

In Barcelona, you would almost certainly not pick up more Catalan than Spanish. Even though Catalin is the language of Catalonia, you will be with students generally do not speak Catalan and when out in the city they will tend to interact in Spanish or English. Ramon Llull has one of the country's highest-quality business language centres.

I'm not sure what your goals are, but an MSc taught in English may not improve your Spanish more than a month in an intensive Spanish course.
