Is MSc in finance from FSFM a good option for an international student with very limited German language skills?

I guess anything is possible but with a CFA qualification, I would think that a higher level of German would add more than a MSc. Options:
1. Just start applying for jobs in Germany
2. try working with a tutor who will take a different approach. I have been using the https://www.vhs-lernportal.de/ and italki.com which both worked for me alongside an intensive course at the DKFA.
3. Start a full-time language course in German at a state university that teaches the DSH.
