The best sign of quality is appearing in the FT, Economist and QS rankings. After that, accreditation by AACSB or EQUIS. After that, AMBA accreditation. The Eduniversal ranking is a bit odd, but that is also useful.
If you want to return to Egypt then I would certainly look at better schools with lower costs. The CEU and U3CM are great schools with huge subsidies. I would also consider the US-style private universities in Turkey (look at the three top-tier schools

The Koç University MBA program is around 13,500 euro and I would tend towards that, since the option of the third exchange semester, the high standing of Koç and its greater awareness of the challenges you might face in Egypt.
