MBA / Master in Management Admission requirement

Hi

I was looking at doing MBA or Master (MSc) in International Management, my background (Bachelor and Master) is Geoscience, with 10+ years of professional working experience. My target country is Germany/Netherland/Belgium. I've searched around and I have some listed schools that I'm interested applying to. However, most of the school require me to have a background with at least 30-60 etcs (for example Manheim). Is this requirement really strict? or I can get away with the working experience?

I think you mean that these schools require 30-60 ECTS of management. Of course that is not the case for MBAs. Use the FT Masters in management ranking and add in the column called 'Relevant Degree'. Either focus on schools where the answer is no or, since it's not a bad idea, come for a semester and pick up 30 credits while learning the language.

Where can i take the 30 credits? I'm not familiar in the European education system

Lots of places. In Europe, this is called being a "Free mover" student. Ask the universities that ask for it where students have picked up their credits. I guess many German, Austrian and Scandinavian universities will be good. I know the Hochschule Muenchen is open and in France there are some one-year top-up BBA degrees.
