Knowing Italian bureaucracy, I don't think it means anything if the programme is there. Probably only the Italian pages are prioritised. But I am not surprised it closed. With just one semester of classes, no international accreditation and little Italian language support it was really just a vanity qualification for people who wanted a sabbatical from work.
