Please Evaluate My Profile

Hi, I am Actively thinking about pursuing MBA from Europe . My profile summary :

1) Have 5 years Job experience .
a) 1.5 year in home country
b) 3.5 year in aboard
currently work as IT Assistant Manager(Software
Development) .
2) Can speck fluently read,write,speak English and Portuguese
3) No IELTS/TOFEL/GMAT . Hopefully i will seat down for IELTS with in next few month
4) Did B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering From Bangladesh CGPA (2.85 out of 4.00) .
Please give some suggestion on based of my profile . I am looking for some good university with Accreditation and little bit low cost . Based on your suggestion i will make my plan . Thank you.
