It's going to depend on a lot of things, but a main one is whether you speak the language of the country you want to work in. IE Business School is in Spain, and most employers will expect you to speak Spanish, on a professionally fluent level, when they're looking at hiring you.

The big technology recruiters now are obviously the internet behemoths: Amazon, Microsoft, Facebook, etc. I would do searches on LinkedIn to find the people who are working in these kinds of firms and where they did their MBAs. It's likely that ESADE comes up a lot in Spain. In France you might be looking at HEC Paris. On this discussion board, Germany's ESMT comes up a lot in this context but I'm not entirely sure that this meshes with reality. Check the placement reports.

See Page # 12 & 13 for their Mobility (post graduation employment). 62% students from Asia found employment in Asia. 11% in EU, 13% in Middle East, while 8% of student from Asia found jobs in North America.

If you have a target company, position, and industry in mind (I assume technology) then navigating and determining your career outcome becomes easier.

Personally, if I were a betting person. I wouldn't put money on 11% knowing the generic economic outlook of Spain and my limitations of language and work permit.

Also pay attention to the International Mobility score on the FT ranking. IE scores highly, but not as highly as ESADE and IESE. That tells me that perhaps - depending of course on your goals and expectations - those other two Spanish schools might be more appropriate if you want to make a geographical jump post-MBA.
