difficult one to judge purely in terms of ranking. Copenhagen and St.Gallen are both unranked (one too small, the second too new) but both are good programmes.
Bocconi have invested a lot ot improve their reputation and ranking particularly to get away from the image of 'just' an Italian school. But still they can't get away from the problem of being located in Italy (not a recruitment hotspot exactly).
Helsinki would be the weak one in this group, not ranked, and not widely recognised, but may be a good value for money (if that is an issue for you).
TiasNimbas is ranked, not amazingly, but still is an up and coming programme. reputation in continental europe is good but not amazing but I would say one of the best of the group here.
Avoid using the rankings here though. Personally I would say your choice should be:
1) TiasNimbas, St.Gallen or Copenhagen
2) back up is Bocconi
3) Helsinki if money is an issue (probably scholarship available)
