I am planning to do my Masters in Management at TUM or Engineering Management at Politechnico di Milano. Which one is better course to join for good career and good international experience. Also can someone please tell me weather I'm eligible for master in Management and technology at TUM school of management. I've 2.5+years of working experience in core engineering field.

This really depends on whether your Italian is better than your German. Not much international hiring there that does not require the language. Other things being equal, economy is better in Munich.

Thanks for fast reply Duncan, actually I've not started language learning as of now. But willing to learn both language wherever I get admit. Can you suggest which country will be better if I can learn manageable language in these 2years.

There is no chance you will be at the business standard after two years of study in English, unless you already speak Dutch or Spanish say.
Spend a year at a German university to pass the DSH and then take a master's taught in German.

Did you consider the Solvay Brussels program? It has a stronger international mobility score than the MIP program, according to the FT.
Why not look for a program in the UK? If you don't speak German or Italian your opportunities in those two countries will be quite limited.
