About work experience and MBA: Being a Team Leader in a Call Center

As you can see in the title of this topic, I would like to ask you a question about this: do you think that being a team leader in a CC may be considered as a relevant work experience for ab MBA?
Imagine that you've reached that role working and studying: now you have got your degree and you've bene promoted. If in the future you will decide to go for an MBA, this work experience may be considered for the admission?

Yes, if this experience is after graduating from your degree.

That depends on the school, and on your later experience. AT many schools your work experience is much more valued if you have worked at the firms that recruit from that school.
