AMBA MBA Vs. AMBA MBM

Hi everyone,

I'm 27 from Canada currently working in E-Commerce since a year after I got my BBA(EQUIS) in Marketing. Now I'm feeling the need to further my education. The dilemma I'm facing is whether an MBA or a MBM would be more beneficial to me in the short and long term.

Could you please guys tell me how a MBM compare's to an MBA in terms of learning outcomes, assuming both are AMBA accredited?
Are the skills gained from both programs the same?
Which one would be more beneficial for an entrepreneurial career?

Well, the major difference is in the students: MBAs have three years' of work experience, so that makes case studies more viable. MSc students are closer to their undergrad studies, so that makes the academic capacity of students easier to assess. The second major difference will be that the leadership skills of students will every uneven, and their need for leadership skills may be less.

In so far as entrepreneurship requires major twists and turns, I think a project-based MSc in entrepreneurship is the best preparation, but an MBA is better than the average MSc.
