Business schools for older candidates

Hi,
I would have approximately 9.5 years of work experience by the time I get into school. What kind of schools do I realistically stand a chance of getting into? Is my work ex going to prove to be a problem at the application stage? Pls advise.

In Europe, not so bad. In the US, a bit hard.

Thank you for your response. Could you suggest some schools I should look at? I've been looking at INSEAD, IMD, Judge- Cambridge, Said - Oxford. Any other names you'd suggest? Also any schools in the US you could recommend?

I would think you are a bit old for Insead and Oxford. Cranfield and Warwick could be good options, but your career goals should come first.
