Confused between 2nd MBA Vs MS Finance

Hi
I am a newbie to this forum.Before I post my question let me tell my background.
I am from India around 30 years age and having around 5 years work ex out of which 3 years in hard core sales and marketing in the financial services sector in India.I am also an MBA(Marketing) from one of the decent MBA institutes in India and passed out in 2011.However right now I am looking for a career transition to Finance.I have already an UG degree in Accounts and Finance with First Class marks.I will be applying to some top colleges for admission next year however I am in a dilemma.

What will be the best course for me a 1 year MBA with specialisation in Finance or a 1 year specialist masters degree in Finance?
I am looking for a 1 year course only since I am already 30 and will be looking to get back in the job market as early as possible.

Usually for students who want to make substantial career shifts (from marketing to finance, for instance), especially those who have five years of work experience, a full-time MBA program is the better option.

Not sure what regions you'd be looking at, and whether you'd be looking to make a transition to another region, but start with this list:

The big guns are there: LBS, NYU, Columbia, Wharton, Booth.

If you're only looking at one-year programs, though, your options are fewer. Columbia's J-Term might be worth looking at; or one of the Asian schools (HKUST); or perhaps a school in Europe/UK (HEC Paris, Oxbridge, Imperial...)
