According to
https://find-mba.com/schools/united-arab-emirates/city/dubai?accredition=true&sort=popularity&numberperpage=12 three of these have meaningful international accreditation. University of Dubai does not offer an EMBA, which leaves two.
For you, I think SP Jain is a better choice than the American University in Dubai, which costs more than twice as much.

It's the only accredited option in Dubai that meets your budget. If you want global opportunity then you will need a top level EMBA like LBS and Insead, or a full time MBA at a top 100 global school.

Your shortlist contains quite a wide range of schools! Are you also considering programs in Abu Dhabi? The Zayed University program doesn't look too bad.
The University of Sharjah's EMBA is a bit above your budget but is certainly one of the more reputable schools in the area. I think it's one worth considering.
But I would really consider refining your career goals. I don't know if any of these programs would really lead to opportunities outside of the region.

I can also raise my some budget limit about to some extent. But am looking for global opportunities plus value for money course EMBA. Can you suggest me that kind of college in Dubai.

'Global opportunities' is rather vague as a career goal. Are you looking to be able to leverage your MBA to work in other places? If that were the case, you would need to aim higher and at more expensive programs (LBS for example); or, better yet, study at a world-class institution in the place where you would like to eventually work.
Without a clearer sense of your career goals, it's rather hard to suggest any school.
