Wow! That's a pretty big field you've set yourself - though I mean that in a good way; there should be loads of schools in the US and Europe (assuming those are the areas you're most interested in), to fit your needs. So the first thing you need to do is narrow things down. Aside from cost, what are your other considerations? Is there anywhere you'd definitely rule out? Are there any areas you're particularly interested in which you might want to focus on during the course of an MBA? Do you have any work experience (I'm assuming, maybe wrongly, that as a research engineer you've been working at a university. Please tell me if I'm way off the mark). Have you checked out the Economist and Financial Times on-line for their rankings and course profiles?
