There's really no comparison. Just look at the salary stats in the current FT EMBA Ranking - $229k USD for Oxford grads and $142k USD for Henley grads.

Saïd is obviously worldwide top MBA. Now Henley EMBA is a highly valuable program. I think the right choice depends on how your own case is articulated. Both can make sense.
