These two MBA programmes are in no way comparable other than they have the same initials. Every university in the UK, even the worst, has a royal charter. The Strathclyde MBA is a respected and highly selective MBA with excellent outcomes and the higher than average standards which flow from international accreditation. None of those things is the case at Heriot-Watt.

It depends on your goals. If you simply want MBA initials, there are cheaper places than Heriot-Watt - and some have meaningful international accreditation. If you want real management development and credibility with employers then you have to attend a school with meaningful international accreditation.

Thanks for your advise.
Just need to know that what study mode will you prefer eg 100%study coursework and exam base or coursework plus with assignment. Certain students prefer study while others is assignment plus with coursework which can relief the stress for the only study with exam.
If opt for coursework plus assignment eg Strathclyde University does it more burdening for part timer compare to the full study exam base?

I don't think any of the top MBA programmes rely on exams only. A balanced set of different methods, ideally including group work, is best practice.
