How hard is it to get a job in New Zealand after the Otago MBA for indian students?

You should ask the school if they can provide you with post-MBA statistics and perhaps even real stories of students with similar profiles to yours.
It's a good school and the MBA is well regarded. New Zealand has pretty favorable visa regulations as well. It is however a small country and depending on your chosen industry, job opportunities might be more narrow than, say, Australia.

I'm curious about the same thing, although not specifically for students from India. Have you found anything? Post study work visas seem to be pretty easy to get which is good!

50% of alumni are in NZ and 50% are outside. I suppose these are good statistics given that the program seems to draw many foreigners.

Those are surprisingly good statistics, considering I don't think all of the international students are intending to stay there after graduation.
You might want to ask the school this: how many stay versus how many want to stay but can't find work. They should give you an honest answer.
