i m a B.E graduate. I am currently working in an IT company.. i am planning to do MBA abroad in about 2 years from now.. i am an average student with no big accomplishments.. My GPA is not that impressive.. So what are the avenues i should be looking at to improve my profile..

1. Work hard and advance in your career. Make a note of everything you've done in terms of advancement, promotions, etc.
2. Do an exhaustive prep course for the GMAT. You have two years - plan on taking the GMAT. Get a good score on the GMAT
3. Write stellar application essays. If English is not your primary language, have a native speaker proof read your applications.
4. Profit!!
