In Ireland and Spain the MBA options are slimmer, mostly because in these countries, MBA programs tend to be general and specialized offerings often come in the form of masters in management (MSc) programs. There are many differences between MBA programs and MSc programs, but the essentials are that MSc programs tend to be specialized and usually require little to no work experience to get into.
In Spain, check out UC3M's Master in Human Resources Management. In Ireland, Smurfit's MSc in Human Resource Management is good.
