Hey all, at the moment, after I completed a five years master's in Law in april, I am working both in a Law Firm as a trainee (in order to be admitted to the Italian Bar Exam I need 1 and a half year of work with a lawyer) and I am also working as an AT Specialist in a Call Center since 2010. I am interested in a career as a manager in a big company and I would like, in 2016, to start a business course in order to obtain more skills that, together with my legal & telco background, could help me to find a job in telco as a manager. Can I try to be admitted to an MBA, or I have to do an Msc? The point is that I don't have any managerial experience at the moment because my 2 jobs are both part time... thanks in advance for your help.

You want to check with the schools you are interested in to see how they would look at this experience.
Some schools might be flexible, I know of a successful applicant who had been an entrepreneur for five years - not typical full-time work experience by any means - but he was able to use this as valid work experience.
Other schools may not be interested in the part-time work, though, so you'd need to contact the business schools directly.
