It all depends on your goals. RGU has a better business school than the University of Aberdeen.

You will not be able to get into a good European MBA with less work experience. You should attend an MSc instead if you want to work in Europe.

If an MSc is open to you at RGU, I think they will have better placement. The Aberdeen Business School MSc in Oil and Gas Accounting and Finance and MSc in Energy Management both look strong.

Edinburgh and Imperial also offer interesting energy MSc programs as well.

I got an offer from RGU (Msc. Energy Management), University of Leicester (Masters in Engineering Management 1 + 1 year Industrial work) with £6,000 scholarship. Now waiting to get an offer from University of Sheffield (Msc. Energy Engineering with Industrial Management), UCL, KCL, University of Warwick, University of Birmingham, University of Edinburgh, Cardiff University (MBA) and some other Universities. All other Masters program are either Engineering Management/Technology Management or Engineering Business Management.

Which Universities do you suggest for International applicants getting good jobs in the UK with Good Graduate Employment.

I am not an expert in specialised MScs in engineering fields, but I guess that RGU will have the best UK prospects. The Cardiff MBA won't be a great option for that. At Warwick, I imagine you are considering one of the lightweight, modular degrees from the WMG: there's not good careers support there.

Since "Good Graduate Employment" is a core criteria for you, I would suggest looking very closely at what kind of career services these programs offer. Accredited / ranked MBA programs generally provide a very high level of career service, and as such can help graduates make solid career growth. I am not sure that this is the case for these kinds of specialized programs.
