In general, you want to study where you want to end up working. I don't think that either of these programs would give you much leverage in terms of landing jobs in anywhere else besides Malaysia. Nottingham's a UK school, and while it does have some alumni in the UK, you'd be up against some major visa challenges if you tried to go there for work.

If you wanted to stay in the region but had broader geographic career ambitions, a ranked MBA in Singapore might be a good option. Insead, in fact, matches up with your goals quite well: it's got a wide network in Europe and in the Middle East; the school even has campuses in both of these regions.

INSEAD is an excellent choice but way way over my budget. I m leaning over Nottingham because it's MBA is highly ranked and accredited. Don't you think Nottingham MBA would have weight in middle eastern market?

I am not sure about that. I would ask the school directly what kind of networks it has in the Middle East.

Just FYI Monash is also accredited by EQUIS.

Ralph- I searched Linkedin for Uni of Nottingham and it seems its highly respectable in middle east. I also contacted couple of the university Alumni, and they had good things to say about quality and reputation of the uni.

Badux- Thanks for clearing out that Monash has triple accreditation. It's a really good option. However, their full time fast track MBA is for 18 months compared to 12 months MBA with Nottingham, which is a bit on the high side considering there is no part time work in Malaysia to contribute towards cost of living there.
What are your thoughts on Nottingham Malaysia?
